"n'est-ce pas" ;-)
Please note that saying "n'est-ce pas" would sound snoby or textbookish. You are unlikely to ever hear native speakers say that, except as a way to imitate a British person.

The common way to translate "isn't it" is to add , non ? and the way to translate "is it?" is , si ?.

C'est une belle journée, non ?
Il n'est pas chez lui, si ?
