 Second question is - is this word "Inouie" (f ) Inoue (m)  commonly use in french today?

oecuménique = universel/universal . It is mostly used in religious talk .

Inouï masculine , Inouïe feminine . It means never heard of , or incredible , extraordinary etc...

Zheng He  constitutes an œcumenical manifesto well ahead of his own times , even ahead of our own era, and a 3 languages discourse on tolerance .
