Help with some sentences?

Just had a few sentences of concern...

Malgré le fait que je n'ai fait qu'un peu chacun de la semaine, j'ai trouve qu'il a senti très bonne pour ma santé, et après chaque course, j'étais rempli avec un sens de la vigueur.

(despite the fact that I only did a bit each week, i found that it felt very good for my health, and after each course, I was filled with a sense of vigour)

Tout en lui étant terrible...
(while being terrible at it)

Je me trouve ne pas avoir de temps libre
(I find myself not having the time)

Il vaut mieux que fasse un peu du sport plutot que etre paresseux tout au longue d'une année.
(it is better to do a bit of sport rather than being lazy all year long

i wanted to use faire after que but I remember learning that phrases such as those must be succeeded by the subjunctif?

I'll try to keep most of your initial work and correct your sentences.

 

1) Malgré le fait que je n'en ai fait qu'un peu chaque semaine, j'ai trouvé que c'était bon pour ma santé et, après chaque course, j'avais fait le plein de vitalité.

The little word en is essential in the first part of your phrase. It refers to the course.

 

2) Tout en étant mauvais à ...

Terrible is a kind of faux-amis.  Depending on the context you'll complete the sentence and will be able to translate the "it" into French

 

3) J'en arrive à ne pas avoir le temps de ...

If you mean "leisure time" then it's "...pas avoir de temps libre" or "... pas avoir de temps pour moi".

The translation of "I find myself" depends on the rest of the phrase.

 

4) Il vaut mieux que je fasse un peu de sport plutôt qu'être paresseux tout le long de l'année/toute l'année.

You're right it's a subjonctif but you've forgotten the subject "je" .

You can't have "que" following by a word starting with a vowel

Just a small thing -- in (1), note that the English word "course" doesn-t mean the same as French "course". The meaning is something like "après chaque traitement" or "après chaque série de vitamines" (without the whole context it's not entirely clear).

 

In (2),"at" would often be translated with "en", e.g. "Alors que je suis nul en mathématiques, ...". In general, when you're asking for translations, it's best to try and give whole sentences with context!
