Please translate this Normandie fish story

"Je suis une Baudroie (Lotte) de 3o kg pêchée au large de Fécamp"

The shopkeeper had written this on a yellow post it besides a large baudroie with a shark in its mouth,

Rue Daguerre, Montparnasse, in Nov. 3d 2010

Please help me in understanding this text :-)

It means "I'm a 30kg burbot fished in the sea near Fécamp" (a town in the cost of Normandy)

In Sète the fish that is sold as baudroie is the monkfish.
