past participle agreement in these 2 cases

Both sentences, a lady is talking :

 

je me suis rendue compte

 

je me suis faite avoir

 

Are both these sentences correct if not could someone explain the rule to me Thank you

no agreement because in both case the complement is after, most of the reflexive verbs acts like the verb to have in French
