Does "le temps a le temps" mean "the time has come"?

I couldn't find it in any dictionary, but someone told me that's the case

This sentence rather makes me think about a french expression, maybe you have a similar one "Il faut laisser le temps au temps" which means that we must be patient and we must let the time do what it has to do.

I was trying to find out how to say in French "The time has come".. As in, "the time has come to take actions"

In that case, does  "le temps a le temps" make sense?

to say "The time has come" (as I understand it in English)

you can say "Le temps est venu de ..."  or "l'heure est venue de ..."

"Le temps a le temps" could rather be to say something like you have time to do something, you are not hurried.
