Are following sentences written in the French way?

Here comes another beautiful orchestral work, Carnival of Venice composed by Paganini, the Italian composer.
Voici venir un autre beau travail orchestral, Carnaval de Venise composé par Paganini de le compositeur italien.

The melody is well organized and arranged by the conductor.
La mélodie est bien organisée et arrangée par le conducteur.

The musical instruments repeat the tune consecutively, similar to talking each another, violin followed by flute, french horn, bassoon, oboe, clarinet, cello, etc. never meshing together.
Les instruments musicaux répètent l'air à la suite, semblable à parler un chaque autre, violon suivi de la petite flûte, la cannelure, klaxon français, bassoon, oboe, clarinet, violoncelle, etc. jamais n'engrenant ensemble

If changing it to present tense "as if they speak each other", what shall I change there? Thanks
