It's when a person also gets mentally disordered after watching someone else going insane.

This is a psychology term, also known as "trouble psychotique partagé" (shared psychotic disorder).

Nothing to do with a wild sex romp :)
I agree with Frank's description of this term except I don't think it necessarily implies watching someone in the process. It's a term often used about two people who are connected in other ways, i.e. mother & daughter, or siblings, who share the same delusion or kind of mental illness. Kind of a shared mental illness!
