Is it correct to say:  

Je me suis inscrite à une Société

to mean that I have joined a society.

Hi ! First of all, I'd like to say I'm a French girl so I will probably make some mistakes :x

Now, let's take a look at your sentence. It is grammatically correct to say "Je me suis inscrite à une société" but it existed bests ways to express your idea. For example, you can prefer : "J'ai rejoins une association", "Je me suis inscrite à une association" or "Je fais désormais partie d'une association". I think the translation “association” (“club” can also works) is more appropriated in this case than putting “société”. But maybe I’m wrong, it’s just my opinion.
