Bonjour, bonjour, "personne" in french means no one, and does 'Aucune personne' means a strong emphasis on the meaning; is it a double negative ?
If I say ' Aucune personne sortir ' and 'Personne sortir' what is the difference? Merci d'avance.

It's basically as you say: "aucune personne" is a more emphatic version, similar to English "no person", whereas "personne" on its own carries the 'normal' notion of "nobody". You'll sometimes find "aucune personne" in contracts.
The specific phrases you give aren't grammatical as they stand, but you could say e.g.:
Aucune personne ne sortira d'ici! = No person will leave here!
Que personne ne bouge! = Nobody move!
Je n'ai vu personne. = I haven't seen anybody.
Je n'ai vu aucune personne (capable de le faire). = I haven't seen any person (capable of doing it).
Note that these aren't double negatives in the sense of cancelling each other out. On the other hand in:
Je (ne) peux pas (ne) rien faire = I can't not do anything
you have negatives that cancel each other out. In formal usage, the nes would be inserted; in informal usage, they may get omitted.
N.B. as I said above, the usual English is "no person" or "(not) any person".
Note that they are different words. In aucune personne, the personne is a "normal" noun, and so adjectives would agree with it, for example:
Aucune personne n'est présente.
where as with just "personne" as a negative pronoun, the adjective wouldn't agree:
Personne n'est présent.
Therefore, I'm not sure that the argument that aucune personne is "no someone" really works very well and could be a bit misleading.
in aucune personne, personne is not a negative pronoun, it is noun, it becomes negatives thanks to "aucune" before.
When you say Personne n'est présent, here personne is a pronoun for nobody or no one.
actually they are not the same word! Personne, the noun is persona real entity and the second Personne is for anybody or nobody according to the context.
Bonjour tout le monde, how can I translate : "why is no scholar other than yourself talking about this subjet?"I woudl say "Pourquoi aucun savant d’autre que vous ne parle de ce sujet", est-ce juste? Merci d'avance...
Yes, essentionally, but you would conventionally add est-ce que. You also don't need the d' in this case: just autre que on its own. So some possible versions:
Pourquoi est-ce qu'aucun chercheur autre que vous ne parle de ce sujet?
Pourquoi est-ce qu'aucun autre chercheur que vous ne parle de ce sujet?
Pourquoi n'y a-t-il aucun autre chercheur que vous qui parle de ce sujet?
