Oral exam. Correct Grammar

I have my oral examination in French next week and I just want to make sure that the notes I have made are correct. I am just not sure about my tenses sometimes. I expect that there will be many grammatical mistakes in this. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

La question: Vous sortez tous les weekend?

Je sors, en moyenne, chaque mois. J'ai l'habtiude de sortir avec mes amis de l'ecole. Nous allons dans un pub jusqu'a minuit, puis nous avons frappé le club par la suite. La raison pour seulement sortir une fois par mois est bien sur, le certificat de fin. Il est stressant et je sens que je perdais mon temps si je sortais tous les weekend. Mais évidemment il faut une pause de temps en temps.

There aren't too many mistakes, but I wonder if you're trying to overcomplicate things? I imagine the idea of the oral exam is to speak natural, spoken French rather than read out an essay. I'd really be tempted to keep things simpler:

- Vous sortez tous les week-ends?
- Non, pas tous les week-ends. Une fois par mois normalement. Le plus souvent, je sors avec mes amis de l'école. On va au pub jusqu'à minuit, puis on va en boîte. Pourquoi une seule fois par mois? Parce que j'ai mes examens. C'est stressant, mais sinon, je perdrais trop de temps...

Otherwise, if you stick to your version, be careful of:
- "chaque mois en moyenne" doesn't make much sense -- state how many times per month
- don't use "nous" -- it's too formal for this context ("on" is generally always used in everyday spoken French)
- for "pour seulement sortir", use "ne sortir qu'une fois..." (but again, this is why it's best just to keep things simple rather than trying to read an essay)
- for "to go clubbing" use "aller en boîte"
- careful of tense of "perdais" > "perdrais"
- use "C'est stressant" rather than "Il est"
- maybe "il faut *faire* une pause de temps en temps", or "il faut se détendre..." etc
