So in an hour and a half I have a placement test in my french class to see if I can remain in 2nd year! I haven't taken the language since high school and am very rusty, however I know I can work hard enough to keep up with this class. is the verb complement the noun.
e.g. sont-il dans la cour? in this example putting il or elle is according to cour or something else?

Vous-etes is a translation for sigular person but if we want to say"are you John's friends?" how would we say it and hello to everyone because i am a new user.
