What does it mean in Russian? Or explain please in english.

I don't know the film in question. The French is probably something like "Tu commences bien!", "Ça commence bien!", but obviously there are other possibilities (e.g. could be something like "C'est bien parti")-- it's hard to tell exactly just by doing a back-translation.
The idea of the phrase is "What you are doing/have started to do is progress towards your final goal". It can also be ironic (both in English and in the French suggestions above).
The scene's in the trailer, Neil. I can't quite get it... "....pour un premier jour."
Could you have a look and interpret for us please?
OK, I nearly predicted it! She's saying: "Tu commences fort pour un premier jour, hein!"
