What doe it mean when someone says....
Je ne sequoir.
I am not sure if I am spelling it right or even have the order right. Please help.

It's Je ne sais quoi, and it means I dunno what.

Most of the time it has the syntactic behavior of a noun : "J'ai senti un je-ne-sais-quoi de triste dans son regard"
But the best is : "Il a rencontré je ne sais quel imbécile du bureau je ne sais où en ville et il lui a raconté je ne sais quoi à propos de notre soirée !"
