Is "à mon bien-aimé X de Y" a proper translation for that. It is supposed to be a text on a gift, and that is what google translator tells me, which I for sure cannot rely on.

If I was to guess I might try " à mon  X bien cheri(e) de votre  Y" but I am sure it can be bettered.

It would sound more natural to put:

A mon bien aimé X (male)/  à ma bien aimée X (female)

Y just as a signature or de la part de Y
