Not quite. It's

He has already spent two thirds of his salary.

Depending on the context, the following might be better:

He has already spent two thirds of his wages.

The difference is that salary always refers to ANNUAL pay. Wages are usually computed weekly or monthly. Although either statement might be correct, most people calculate their budgets weekly or monthly.
