Simple Translation

Just a simple translation:

 

'Don’t grow up too quickly, lest you forget how much you love the beach.'

 

I'm getting lots of variations on line....

"Ne grandis pas trop vite, de peur que tu n'oublies combien tu aimes la plage"

 

'de peur de' is the translation of 'lest', but here, it's a bit odd. But I can't figure a phrase which can fit best..
