I would use the following:

Pourrait-on faire cet arrangement ?

I tend to steer clear of starting a sentence with  "Is it possible.....?",

in favour of  "Could one....?"

Thank you James, but the word 'arrangement' is that a good choice of word in this sentence?  I couldn't find another word and also not sure which or what word should be used for arrangement. Hope you don't misunderstand not that I am trying to find fault with your choice of word.

I need to use this sentence when I meet the french man and ask him this question regarding the contract for work arrangement.

Now that I know your need of this sentence, I understand the context.

Neil has several words listed in the French Dictionary under the English  arrangement:

disposition, accord, etc.   But, the French  arrangement  has a context of  "mutual agreement",

which I assume you intend.

Alternatively,  accord  has the meanings   "agreement,  understanding".

I think that accord is the one best translation here.

The sentence becomes "Peut-on passer cet accord?"

Thanks Erwan.

"Je vous salue"  for your better knowledge.

I was merely being polite with my  "Pourrait-on...."
