Does one pronounce the last syllable: -ent?

No, -ent is essentially not pronounced on the ends of verbs.

This means that devrait and devraient are pronounced identically, as are donne and donnent.

(Exception: some very limited cases where the final -t can be pronounced as a liaison consonant, e.g. ils viennent_alors, but this is very very very very rare nowadays-- in ordinary speech this liaison would practically never be made.)
I do pronounce this "t" with "viennent alors" as well as with "venaient alors" and it is more correct to pronounce it I think. But yes, it is a rare case of "t" that can be pronounced for a liaison. Your exemples are always very relevant Nick.

Although in most cases it is not pronounced, I believe that in some French Canadian dialects it is pronounced. Correct me if I am wrong.
