The expression "to be over the moon" can be translated as "être aux anges".
So "over the moon" is "aux anges".
what would "ouvre la lune" translate to be?
what would "ouvre la lune" translate to?
Yeah, "aux anges", "au paradis" or "au septième ciel".

"Ouvre la lune" would mean "open the moon", and it doesn't make any sense.
"au septime ciel" has a nice sound to it...I am wanting to christen my new boat "over the moon" but in French...
so "aux anges" does not have the sound to it that I am seeking...but "au septieme ciel" will work. Thanks for your help.

Neal
That would be a pretty nice name for a boat!
