Need help in translation from french to english

Hi.

There are several sentences i need to translate. Can somebody help me?

Here're these sentences:

 

Depuis que nous avons pris la responsabilité de cette opération, nous avons mené plus de 22.000 sorties aériennes et endommagé ou détruit quelque 5.000 cibles militaires légitimes, tout en protégeant les civils contre les attaques. Et nous avons fait tout cela sans qu’aucune perte civile confirmée ne soit à déplorer du fait de l’OTAN.

Since we assumed the responsability of this operation, we have conducted more than 22.000 air sorties and  damaged or destroyed around 5.000 legitimate military targets while protecting civilians from the attacks. And all of this has been done without any confimed civil loss due to NATO.
