I am not sure the correct French sentences. I will write the sentences in a SMS.

In English, I would write either 'please send me when possible'  OR 'please send me when you find you time'.

However, I would not write either 'please send me' OR  'send me immediately'.

The above borders an order to my ears.

"Veuillez me l'envoyer dès que possible." also sounds good to me.

In the same context, I want to write the following:

By the way, you got my email address.

En passant, vous avez mon adresse e-mail.

Par ailleurs , vous avez l'adresse e-mail .

Au fait, vous avez mon adresse e-mail.

Which is the appropriate sentence?

I know French has another word for email; it is courriel.

I like "au fait" and I would be happy and comfortable with "Au fait, vous avez mon adresse e-mail."

I am not so sure about "en passant" . It seems a bit "strong" to me .

Did you mean "courrier"? That means "letters" or "the post" so it may well be used for email -I can't be definite.

I see nothing wrong with "Par ailleurs" or "d'ailleurs" either. The meaning isn't quite identical to "au fait" but I think they would all do.

I would normally translate "Par ailleurs" or "d'ailleurs" as something like "as well" or "in addition" but I suppose it is all down to context (and usagesor idioms that I would not necessarily be familiar with).

To the best of my smattering of French, the words 'au fait' borders either 'as a matter of fact' or 'in fact'.

However, French is remarkably different than English.

For example, the English word 'bring' has 6 or 7 French cousins.

Emmener, amener, rentrer, apporter, etc.

I believe that you're confusing au fait with en fait.

These are alternatives.  In the second sentence I think you need an object (send it to me).  'Send me' alone sounds like you want to be posted or sent yourself.

Pourriez-vous me les adresser dès que possible ? => me LES adresser because details are plural
