Background: The above was a conversation had on a recent Facebook photo. However, I don't entirely understand what they're saying so I'll give you my attempt anyways:
Why did you cut out that girl?
I don't know
That head that you cut off at least has big pecs (???)
It's the beauty inside that counts
That's true
There's much prettier than that photo
You should have allowed the redhaired sl*t. She wanted the beautiful, she had an appetite. (???)
That's true. She was on the watch out.

pecs = pectoraux (sous-entendu : seins)
Does "elle en voulait la belle" mean "she was looking for it" -or "she was jealous" ?
In any case I think "la belle" is not the object of "voulait" -just a repetition of "elle" ("that one")
Could "elle en a pris pour son grade" mean " she got her just deserts" ?
I certainly can't follow this conversation.
Why did you cut out that sexually attractive girl?
I don't know
The head (of that girl) was not beautiful, you cut off, she seems to have big boobs
It's the beauty inside that counts
That's true
The picture is prettier like that
You should have allowed the redhaired sl*t. She wanted sexe, the beauty, she likes that (she wanted more and more).
That's true. She was very satisfied.
