Frafoos?

When I was a child my mother called me a frafus? frafoos? as an endearing term? Maybe she said it in French because it wasn't nice. She has passed now and I would like to know the meaning of the term.

I can't think of any word that sounds like "frafoos". The closest would be "froufrou", meaning "frills", which could be a plausible endearing term for a little girl.
