Je m'entraîne 3 fois une semaine au gymnase entretenir ma forme.
I train at the gym 3 times a week to keep fit.
I am not sure whether the words 'entretenir ma forme' is correct here.
Please correct me.

Hello Crack,

"to keep" is "garder", "conserver" or "rester".

So it should be Je m'entraîne 3 fois par semaine pour garder la forme

or pour rester en forme.

"la forme" means fit, healthy.

Btw, an informal way to say "how is it going?" is to ask "la forme ?". I use this one all the time.
