de bon matin versus tôt le matin

I googled and copied the lyrics to several French songs I like.  It's a good way to build vocabulary.  "La Bicyclette" starts with "quand on partais de bon matin..."  Google translates "de bon matin" as "early in the morning" but when I google "early in the morning" it says "tôt le matin."  Do the French actually use "de bon matin?"

I would translate "de bon matin" by "very early morning". This expression is more used in literature.
