Hi! C'est plus l'heure - it's one line from one French song:"Tout ne rime a rien quand on n'a meme plus peur. Toutes les raisons de rester sont les leurs. Rien ne te retient,surtout pas le bonheur. Que tu ne cherches plus, C'est plus l'heur ". How the "C'est plus l'heure" may be translated -" It's the time(high time) or the time has come " or "It's no time left or no time more left"? . Or may be "There is more time left" ? I can't grasp the meaning. Thank you in advance!

"C'est plus l'heure" means that there's no time left or that it's too late.

and "C'est l'heure" means that the time has come.
