A "seesaw" generally is called a "bascule", or "jeu de bascule" if you need to distinguish it from other senses of "bascule" (the word can also refer to various devices for weighing/rockiung generally). I'm afraid I'm not too familiar with what a "teeter totter" is specifically-- but I guess it's just a type of seesaw, right? I think the same word could apply.

I've not noticed  the title of the post.

Sometimes, this kind of play is called une balançoire. But this word refers to 2 kind of plays.

One where the child seesaws alone and one where 2 people are opposite.

 

You can also say Tape-cul but it's a bit slang
