Please can anyone translate this title of a newspaper article:

Un systeme de retraite autiste a (with accent) une donne structurelle: l'emploi des femmes

Don't know how to translate 'autiste' (not literally, surely?) or a une donne structurelle.

Any help welcome!

Here, autiste has a more figurative sense-- the idea is something like "out of keeping with what people are saying". It's essentially journalistic use of the word.

As for à une donne...: firstly, this is a use of à meaning "with...", "having the characteristic of..." (as in la fille aux yeux bleus = the girl with blue eyes). Then donne literally means a "deal" as in cards. So without reading the article, I think the meaning is something like "A system that deals a structural change".

Remember that article titles and headlines are designed in part to be ever so slightly cryptic and "hook you in" to the article. So the best way to understand the author's intentions fully is to read the article!
Thank you Neil, that's really helpful - I know all the words on their own, but couldn't make sense of them in that context; which you now have! The article is an extremely verbose one from Le Monde. Can I be very cheeky and ask you something else :

Incredibly, this is a single sentence:

''En 2010 la situation des femmes sur le marche du travail est particulierement sous tension, car la crise est l'alibi d'une institutionnalisation de la precarite des femmes, avec des temps partiels courts, des emplois fragmentes peu qualifies et degrades qui ouvrent la voie a une pauvrete generalisee des femmes comme l'a denonce le rapport annuel du Secours catholique de novembre '

what does 'est l'alibi de' mean (apart from 'is the alibi of' ?????)
Thank you very much for your help
