 Par conséquent/Ainsi , elle connaît tous les faits sur moi.

Elle me connaît aussi.

I think my French sentences are imperfect. So please rectify them.

I can't see too much wrong with your sentences.

In the last  sentence though I am tempted to use savoir instead of connaître.

I think you could also say  "Elle sait tout sur moi" .

"elle connaît tous les faits sur moi" --> elle connaît tout de/sur moi.
