I am from Cuba and I live in The Netherlands. I am learning French.I always wanted to learn French but I had to learn Dutch. I do not have much time to learn it but I try to dedicate some minutes to it every day.
I translated this song from French to Spanish but I find this part difficult to understand.
I do not understand what Qu'on means.

"qu'on" is a poetic way of expression a strong wish.

You can think of it as "oh( how I wish) that someone might take me" 

Or "(je veux fortement) qu'on m'entraîne..."

Tell me what is the equivalent in Spanish?

In Spanish we would say "(Quisiera( I wish)) que alguien me tomara." We use the subjunctive to express wish.

We also use "Ojalá (how I wish). Ojalá que alguien me tomara :)
