The original title of the song was I'm pretty sure Dur dur d'être bébé (no "un"): see for example http://telecharger-musique.fnac.com/fm7561387/Best-Of-Hits-Best-Of-Hits-Vol-51
As for the capitalisation, the usual convention in French is to capitalise the first "important" word of the title, plus all words preceding that. So conventionally, you would just capitalise the very first word: "Dur dur d'être bébé". This is how Wikipedia have it, for example. (Unfortunately, on the original cover of the single it looks like it was all capitals...)
That said, you'll see that Fnac capitalise every word. To some extent, choose the convention you think looks best...

La Fnac n'est pas trop une référence rédactionnelle. Si on se réfère à la presse, on ne met une majuscule qu'au début du titre.
